Terms of Service
1. Seller and product
QSG AI is Windows desktop software for AI-assisted script planning, reference management, shot generation, voiceover and video export. The store name is Qiu Shengui ("we", "us"). Customer support: [email protected]. This is a software license, not a custom video-production service, cloud GPU plan or sale of ownership in third-party models. Online purchasing is not open yet. No payment is taken through this website at present. The subscription terms below describe the offer when paid checkout opens.
2. Eligibility, hardware and availability
You must be an adult with authority to make the purchase. System requirements: Windows 10/11 (64-bit), 32GB RAM, an NVIDIA GPU and a 1TB or larger drive. 16GB+ VRAM is recommended for video workflows. 8GB configurations require quantized models and low-VRAM settings; they are slower and may not support every workflow. Required free disk space depends on the models installed. Check compatibility before buying. The current local-model edition is not offered for purchase or download in the US, EU, UK or South Korea because of the MiniMax H3 license. 3. Free software trial
After downloading and setting up QSG AI, new users can evaluate the software for 1 day without payment. The trial does not require a paid subscription and does not automatically charge or renew. A paid license is needed to continue after the trial. Use the trial to check hardware compatibility and whether the workflow meets your needs. The public download is being prepared. 4. Subscription, price and costs
The software subscription price is USD 200 per month for one computer, plus applicable taxes shown at checkout. When purchased, it renews monthly until cancelled. The price covers our software license and software updates during the subscription. You provide the local hardware. Optional third-party paid APIs, cloud compute and services are separate and subject to their own terms; the subscription does not include unlimited API credits. No trial-to-paid conversion occurs without a separate purchase.
5. Checkout and license delivery
For purchases completed through Lemon Squeezy, Lemon Squeezy acts as Merchant of Record and processes payment and applicable taxes. A paid license is delivered electronically using the order and activation instructions supplied with the purchase. Keep your order number and contact support if the license is not received or cannot be activated. One activation code is bound to one computer and cannot be used across multiple computers, shared or resold. Contact support about a device replacement; moving a license is not automatic.
6. Cancellation and refunds
For Lemon Squeezy subscriptions, cancel through its customer portal or receipt link, or contact [email protected] before the next renewal. Cancellation stops future renewal charges and normally preserves access until the end of the paid period. Cancellation does not automatically refund the current period. 7. Your content and permitted use
We do not claim ownership of the content you import or generate. You must hold the rights needed for input materials, likenesses and voices and comply with the licenses of your chosen models and services. AI output may not be copyrightable in all jurisdictions, and results may be inaccurate or inconsistent. Review outputs before publishing. Do not use the product for illegal content, fraud, exploitation of minors, infringement, non-consensual impersonation or other uses prohibited by applicable law and upstream licenses.
8. Software and third-party licenses
Our proprietary software license does not transfer ownership of the application. Do not redistribute our proprietary code or access credentials without permission. Third-party code and AI models retain their own licenses; nothing in these terms removes rights those licenses grant you. Regional, commercial-use and attribution conditions must be checked for every model. See Third-party models & availability.
9. Privacy, limitations and support
See the Privacy Policy for data use. Local files stay on your computer unless you choose an online feature. We do not guarantee a particular generation time, flawless continuity, uninterrupted availability or a specific commercial outcome. To the extent permitted by law, the product is provided as available, and liability is limited to amounts paid for it in the previous 12 months. This does not limit liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Contact [email protected] for technical or billing help.
10. Changes
We may update these terms and publish the effective date here. Material changes affecting an active subscription, including price changes, will be communicated with reasonable advance notice. Mandatory consumer protections continue to apply.

2. 使用资格、硬件和地区
购买者应已成年并有权完成交易。配置要求为 Windows 10/11（64 位）、32GB 内存、NVIDIA 显卡及 1TB 及以上硬盘，视频工作流建议 16GB 及以上显存。8GB 显存需使用量化模型和低显存设置，速度较慢，不保证所有工作流都能运行。所需可用磁盘空间取决于安装的模型，购买前请确认兼容性。由于 MiniMax H3 许可限制，当前本地模型版本不向美国、欧盟、英国和韩国提供购买和下载；产品说明与条款仍可公开阅读。详情见第三方模型与可用地区。
3. 免费软件试用
下载并完成 QSG AI 设置后，新用户可免费试用软件 1 天，无需付款。试用不要求购买订阅，也不会自动扣费或续费。试用结束后，需要付费许可才能继续使用。请在试用期间确认硬件兼容性和功能是否符合需要。公开下载正在准备中，请联系 [email protected] 获取试用安装包和安装说明。
4. 订阅、价格和费用
软件订阅价格为每月 200 美元，每份许可限一台电脑，另加结账时列明的适用税费。购买后按月自动续费，直至取消。价格包含软件使用许可及订阅有效期内的软件更新。你需要自备本地硬件；可选第三方 API、云算力及其他服务另按其各自条款收费，不包含无限 API 额度。免费试用不会在未经另行购买的情况下转为付费。
5. 结账与许可交付
通过 Lemon Squeezy 完成的购买，由其作为 Merchant of Record 处理付款和适用税费。付费许可通过电子方式交付，具体以随订单提供的交付和激活说明为准。如未收到许可或无法激活，请保留订单号并联系客服。一机一码：激活码绑定一台电脑，不可跨多台电脑共用，不得共享或转售。更换设备需联系客服处理，不会自动迁移许可。
6. 取消与退款
Lemon Squeezy 订阅可通过其客户门户、收据链接取消，或在下次续费前联系 [email protected]。取消后停止未来续费，通常可使用至已付费周期结束；取消本身不自动退还当前周期费用。详情见退款与取消政策，其中包括法定权利和 Lemon Squeezy 按其规则作出的退款决定。
7. 内容和使用责任
我们不主张拥有你导入或生成的内容。你应具备使用素材、人物肖像及声音所需的权利，并遵守所选模型和服务的许可。AI 结果可能不准确或不一致，部分地区的 AI 生成内容可能不受著作权保护，发布前请检查。不得用于违法内容、欺诈、侵害未成年人、侵权、未经同意的身份冒用，或法律及上游许可禁止的其他用途。
8. 软件与第三方许可
我们的专有软件许可不转让应用程序的所有权。未经许可，不得分发专有代码或访问凭据。第三方代码和 AI 模型仍适用其自身许可，本条款不取消那些许可授予你的权利。每个模型的地区、商用和署名条件均需分别确认。详情见第三方模型与可用地区。
9. 隐私、限制与支持
数据使用方式见隐私政策。主动选择联网功能时，相关内容会发送至相应服务商。我们不保证特定生成时间、完全一致的画面、不中断的可用性或特定商业收益。在法律允许范围内，服务按可用状态提供，责任以上一年度就本产品支付的金额为限；不限制依法不得排除的责任或消费者权利。技术和付款问题可联系 [email protected]。
10. 条款变更
更新后的条款将在此公布并注明生效日期。涉及有效订阅的重大变更及价格调整，会提前合理通知；法定消费者保护继续适用。
